Had to give it the ol' six-pack listen and by golly it's almost perfect!Grifterwithafunnylittleha wrote:"You're the one that moves" ...
I love this one. Jay harmonizing in the upper register. Lots of wonder here about the rest of the recording. I think this first modern 'Jack Collection' is going to "bop prosody" our brains and set the standard.
Dog-gone, I can't wait to hear this rekkid.
Chomping at the bit, yes please,
Ponyboy
I'd like it Gibbard had been a little more vocal at the end and not buried
in the mix though his vocals are beautiful very musical in teh rest of the song. The phrase - "these roads don't move. You're the one who moves", is pure JF genius or JK written and JF noted genius. Yeah, I'm waiting foe the mail on this one yo!

Lead Off Hit
Lead single, beaux-seephurs:
Top of the list, and I just keep remembering over and over again that Jack wrote stuff down, and now our favorite songwriters are bringing it all to life.
I can't imagine anything better. (Kidding: I can think of a bunch of stuff that adds up, but I don't want to dilute the message.)
This record is going to blow minds. Anybody who has ever read Jack's works will get it all.
