The only other song that was taped (and has surfaced) is Knockin' on Heaven's Door.

They played a half hour though. Supposedly the master still exists, so maybe we'll see more someday. Video guy wasn't there to tape UT though, so maybe not.

WOW, Jay wearing shorts. That's like, wild and crazy in a relativistic kind of way.

Seriously though, seeing Jay thrash and shred brings a tear to my eye. Thanks Sticky.

Didn't the first song eventually become Before I Break? The second one sounded like an early, sped up version of Blues Die Hard.

That's cool. Somehow it reminds me of the song I wanna live by the Ramones.

Who did Tweedy thank for opening? Was it Mercy Rule by chance?

I dig it!
Reminds me of an early R.E.M. outtake.

Well, the Blue Note of UT/Jay/SV fame at least.
I guess that makes more sense than the NYC jazz venue I was thinking of...

NeatO!!
I had input into how OUR band money was spent. On a few of the UT videos, Joe had hired the video guy, he just filmed UT/Primitives for grins. Thank God, no one ever listened to me.

So did you used to Work for UT back in the day then? That must have been Super fun!
Was this shot at The Blue Note in NY?
