Getting ready to head out from NC to Richmond.

I got my minidisc, lets hope for the best.

I got a old dark blue Addias hat and a black My Morning Jacket shirt, if any boarders want to meet up.

I might be going to Richmond. Going to be in the Outer Banks, NC that week on vacation and it only a 3 hour drive to Richmond.

Note the show on June 14 not the 21.

Anyone else going to the show?

Thank you for the welcome and for replying so quickly.

This will be my first time seeing Son Volt live. The shows at the Botantical Gardens gives you an opportunity to approach the band so I'm looking forward to meeting Jay Farrar as well.

Thanks Again.

They're mostly playing songs off the last two Son Volt albums but they usually play two or three Trace songs towards the end of the show.

Richmond, Va. show

Post by Graveyard Shift »

Hello. I'm new here but I've been a long time fan of Son Volt as well as my heroes Uncle Tupelo. I'm very much looking forward to the June 21 show in Richmond, Va. at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens.

I do have a question: Will Son Volt play songs from their Trace album or will they play mostly from their latest album fo the current bandmates?

Son Volt is what music should be. I would love to hear it all in the beautiful Gardens.
