Yeah, they are great songs. I can really identify with Slate. God knows mine isn't squeaky clean. Maybe after some sanding.I think I'll have to respectfully disagree with you on this album.

I'm still fairly new to Uncle Tupelo's Anodyne. At first, I thought it was too slow in spots and there was too much space in between verses, like in Slate or Fifteen keys. I always skipped over Acuff-Rose, but The Long Cut and Give Back to Key are good enough to carry this album into multiple listens.
