I think I solved the problem. I got this response from the guy on ebay.

Thanks for the email, though it was kind of rude. I've
ended early the auctions with Jay Farrar material early, I
didn't realize someone would get so upset over a live concert.
I'm new to this and ebay and have a few shows in my
collection that are really good, and saw lots of other people on
ebay had some live shows for sale.
At any rate, and this is sincere, that was a sweet show if
you really did tape it, and thanks.
Hopefully you wont get all mad since ive ended all the
auctions.

Jay Farrar 6.23.03 Blueberry Hill show on Ebay!!!!!

Today I noticed that the Blueberry Hill Duck Room Jay Farrar show I recorded on 6.23.03 is being offered on ebay by some fucking asshole. The recording I let out to you all should be traded like most of you nice folks do. What ever you do never by live music off of ebay. There are plenty of nice people on this list that are probably willing to help you start a collection of Live Jay Farrar. Uncle Tupelo, Wilco etc.... I don't know Jays official recording pollicy is but a few of us St. Louis folks usually are allowed to record in STL. Jay was nice enough to let a tapers section in and it sucks that some one may screw this up in the future?
If anybody feels like sending this punk a nasty letter log into ebay click on this link at the bottom and ask seller a question and give them some hell
I sent all his info to Sharron at jays Label. After I here back I'll see what we can do to stop this idiot!
