Couldn't agree more with all the previous post. Sebastapol is one of the strongest things that I have heard Jay create to date. A perfect mixture of pomo americana and typical Jay cryptology. Personal favorates are "different eyes" and the ever popular "vitamins".

Before TB, I would have placed Sebastapol third in line. However, due to the release of TB, sebastapol has slid to fourth.

Nonetheless, the album will be a classic.

Despite constant flack ... I think it's a great record ..... Would have loved to see Jay perform those tunes with a full band or more ..... I place it above Straightaways in the Jay/solo cannon.

In preparation for an upcoming Jay show I been giving this disk a spin and I really like it. Very cool stuff.
