Im sure ill get slammed but I thought Jay didnt hit all the higher notes. I did notice his eyes were open tho.

That was a pretty cool performance. I just wish Jay would be able to sit on the couch and talk....

Not only was Jay in fine balls-out rocking form, we got to see a mini-reunion of Canyon! It was great to see the keyboardist back in action! Definitely the best taped performance I've ever seen Jay give. And as far as I'm concerned, Chris Frame is THE Son Volt guitarist now. Brad Rice is great, but he can keep on going with Tift Merritt, I'm definitely in the Chris-camp now.
