Pick up Devils and Dust while you're at it - just listened to most of it on my way to work today and Nebraska and Tom Joad fans will enjoy it.

Won't Get Fooled Again is probably the greatest song of all time.

I agree wholeheartedly...when Daltry wails out that scream...the best!

ok - so as of late I have been listening to mostly classic rock. We only have one station in town that plays classic rock, and they also carry the Braves games - so it all works out great...

Won't Get Fooled Again is probably the greatest song of all time. Definitely my favorite Who song.

Other rock anthems of note:
Can't Always Get what You Want by the Stones
Rock and Roll by Zeppelin
China Road by the Doobie Bros
Back in Black by AC/DC
Jukebox Hero by Foreigner (no one said it couldn't be a little cheesy)
Everybody wants Some by Van Halen

etc

The only rock anthem to come from the last decade is.....

"Let There Be Rock" - Drive-By Truckers

The rock anthem is a lost art.

Straight To Hell is an awesome tune

AC/DC have tons of rock anthems. Rock N Roll Ain't Noise Pollution, It's A Long Way To The Top, Highway To Hell......the list just goes on

For Those About to Rock- ACDC
Stairway to Heaven-Led Zeppelin
Straight to Hell- Drivin n Cryin
You Don't Know How It Feels to Be Me- Tom Petty
I Shot the Sheriff- Bob Marley

but i second Baba O'Reilly/Won't Get Fooled Again, and Give Back the Key to My Heart should be an anthem
