Sinkholoes! Quit being such a baby!
Turn them into swimming pools!
The fun never ends!

Seriously though, I am not being mean, I'm just screwing around. I'm sure if you're in Florida the 30's seem really cold. Up here, people in shorts and t-shirts are out jogging because it finally got back up to the 30's after a month or so of highs, at best, in the low 20's.
Maybe with this warmup the ice fishing will pick up again, the fish haven't been biting for a damn lately.

Get your swimsuit on and and go do the Polar Plunge!
Get your rod and go ice fishing!
Play some hockey!
The cold is awesome! Live it up while you have the chance.
It will get back to being 70 every day again before you know it, don't miss out on some winter fun!

No snow here, but definitely sleey and lots of ice. Low of 24 here today. This is really rare for Florida. I heard other parts of the state got snow.

I know it's unlikely, but read the below forecast for Daytona.

Saturday: A slight chance of rain showers, flurries, and sleet before 11am, then a slight chance of rain showers between 11am and 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 43. Wind chill values as low as 28. North northwest wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Wait. It may snow, more likely though sleet, in Tampa this weekend. It's cold and wet here.

I remember the snow here in 1989. I was 14. My dad took me to see the Bucs get beat by the Steelers on Christmas Eve. There were no more than 30,000 people at the old Tampa Stadium. We came home after the game to find out there was no power at our house and most of Brandon. Apparently, TECO was not prepared for the massive amount of electricity needed to heat homes to 80 degrees with outside temps at 24 degrees.
