What does FM filler mean? Is it to do with additional audience microphones, or something to do with FM broadcast material added to "fill" cd?

dbts do a similar thing do they, hgschmpa? i don't know them. i like listening to kol album. occassionally, two or three times back to back, loud. sure theres plenty of stuff youve heard before by someonelse, maybe better, but fuck, that was a long time ago, they're probably dead now, at best senile...
