I just finished reading "This Wheel's on Fire" by Levon Helm. It's his story about being in The Band and seeing it all happen from the drummer's seat. It was a good read, Helm has a great sense of humor.

Built in the early 40's, it was Steamline Moderne brick and glass with enclosed garages and was well known a...

Hey, Badfinger had 4 hits - "Come and Get It," "No Matter What," "Day After Day," and "Baby Blue" - so I guess that makes them a 4-Hit Wonder And half of those hits were on the '71 release Straight Up . One of the first albums I ever got and still a favorite. I think "Perfection" is one of Badfinge...

The Band......but only during "The Last Waltz." I'm too lazy to actually play in a band all the time . I always thought Robbie Robertson during The Band era was damn good-looking. Plus, I'd get to hang out with Neil Young (thereby skirting Frenchie's requirement), Clapton, Dylan, Emmylou Harris, Mud...

The Four Horsemen And when the lamb opened the first seal, I saw the first Horse. The Horseman held a bow Now when the lamb opened t...
