For me, it's an appropriate way to wrap up that partiular period of Jay's output. Both of the solo records have their merits, but the songs deserved to be presented up front and live.

I usually just stick with corn flakes. Can't deal with cow milk, so I use soy... which sort of limits your options when it comes to the cereal because not everything goes.
