I went with "Threads and Steel". Such a cool vibe. Reminds me of a song you'd hear as part of the soundtrack to a 60's black & white movie.

All songs. "Promise the World" is very strong song. "Storm" is very Woody Guthriesk and "Dressed in White" from Ballymena EP. Those are my tastes.

It's between Promise the World, Back Against the Wall and Midnight. "Back" is the most typical Son Volter with "Promise" close on its heels. I don't like the jamming of too many syllables in the lyrics of the latter. Unnecessary, I think.

Maybe I'll vote for Midnight.

Back Against the Wall got my vote. That and Promise the World are the only two songs I listen to on NOB.

Best album for me since OKEMAH. But I love the guitar driven band stuff. Many great tunes w an edge. I put out the urgent bat signal to friends from Fla to Chicago to here in SoCal.

THREADS AND STEEL for me; but I don't know how to vote!!! It seemed a bit short though. He should have put a mean instrumental after the third verse and repeated the first verse as an ending.
