As a NY Jet, he threw a shovel pass that was intercepted by Sam Mills of The Carolina Panthers, and returned for a touchdown, which led to Carolina's first franchise win. I was actually at that game... wearing Jets gear. It was pretty brutal, but I'm used to it after 43 years of suffering.
I just read that he has two Super Bowl rings as a backup to Elway. I didn't realize that. They probably will be for sale on Ebay tomorrow. |
