cif is a great band. great songwriting. its raw and powerful. it's called irongrass.
dont mean to use this board for shameless promotion of another great band... but we all know why we're here. jay's songs are amazing. and we like discussing him and things relating to him. so might as well spread good news about other projects attempting to exist on this planet playing music for a living. jay has been a huge influence on cif's main songwriter, dustin edge. so thought it was worth a moment of your time.
check 'em out... you'll dig it. www.castironfilter.com. thanks.

I always thought that line from Barstow was...."The devil bought the key to Branson..." As in Branson, Missouri. That's a pretty commercial, place, right? _________________ sometimes when you're doing simple things around the house, maybe you'll think of me and smile... |

No, but my relatives are all from the midwest so I have heard of it. Doesn't sound like my idea of a goodtime. Too many buses, too many bluehairs and too many bigass beltbuckles for me. That's strictly a guess... _________________ sometimes when you're doing simple things around the house, maybe you'll think of me and smile... |

When I think Branson I think of that episode of the Simpsons where Marge picks up a tourist pamphlet titled "So You Settled For Branson".
No, I've never been there.
No, I don't want to. _________________ I assume my reputation for arrogant presumption precedes me. |

I kinda like what I've heard of CIF.
XM radio plays them some.
"Soky Fair" is the best one I've heard. |
